To receive AAdvantage® bonus miles in full, each Participant must be an AAdvantage® member. This total amount of AAdvantage® bonus miles will be divided by the total number of Participants (regardless of whether every Participant is an AAdvantage® member) to determine the amount of AAdvantage® bonus miles that each Participant who is an AAdvantage® member will earn.
If any Participant is not an AAdvantage® member, the method above for calculating disbursement of bonus miles will still apply but the non-member Participant(s) will not receive their allocation of AAdvantage® bonus miles and the AAdvantage® bonus miles that otherwise would have been allocated to such non-member Participant(s) will be invalid (i.e., they will not be deposited in or transferable to the account of the Booker or any Participant). If an AAdvantage® member’s AAdvantage® number is not included in the Package booking, such individual will not be considered an AAdvantage® member for purposes of receiving AAdvantage® bonus miles.
