Travel Documents

Passports are now required for all U.S. citizens traveling to or from any international destination via airline transportation. U.S. citizens traveling to or from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Croix, St. John and St. Thomas) do not require a passport. Visit the State Department web site for more information on how to obtain a passport and/or visa.

Travel Tips

Look for current listings of State Department travel warnings. Check for embassy or consulate listings and locations. Confirm all visa and foreign entry requirements. Learn more about healthy travel and flying with children for travel to foreign countries.

Protect Your Vacation Package Investment

We offer two types of protection: The Cancellation and Change Waiver (Pre-Departure Protection) allows you to cancel and/or change either the land or air portion of their package without penalty, and the Post-Departure Trip Protection (Access America) plan that provides protection for your trip expenses, your health and your belongings.

Currency Exchange

Calculate currency exchange rates online for travel outside the U.S. Check our Destination Information pages for names of local currency in vacation spots of your choice. To avoid high exchange charges at your destination, make exchange arrangements through your bank before you leave.
