When will I receive my vacation documents? |

American Airlines Vacations will mail land documents 21 days prior to departure. Air documents, if applicable, will be issued after final payment in the form of electronic tickets for most destinations. If air transportation is purchased, air and land documents may be sent separately. |

What if I have a problem while I am on my Vacation? |

Please call toll-free 1-800-901-9150 within the United States. If you are outside of the United States, a phone number to call us will be included on the travel documents we send to you. We have a special group of people who will be standing by to help you if anything goes wrong or if you need any sort of assistance. In Hawaii, and Europe, we have a special "meet and greet" staff there to see that your trip gets off to a good start.
