American Airlines Vacations Leisure Discount Program

American Airlines Vacations is pleased to provide you with the AmericanAirlines VacationsSM Leisure Discount Program. This program offers a 5% discount on all land components (hotels, rental cars, theme park tickets, tours, etc.) purchased via your unique URL link to AAVacations.com. Discount is not applicable on air + car-only bookings The discount is applied throughout the booking and is reflected in the price page. This discount is available to all current members of your organization, and all travelers in the same reservation. A maximum of 8 passengers can be listed in a single reservation for American Airlines Vacations.

This discount is only available online via the designated American Airlines Vacations Discount program website accessible through your unique URL link. Accessing AAVacations.com via any other source will result in forfeiture of the discount. Our professional reservations representatives are available, if necessary. However, the discount only applies to online bookings made via the designated American Airlines Vacations Discount program website. Any changes to a booking made by our reservations office will result in the loss of the discount.

Cancellations are subject to all applicable penalties. All sales are subject to American Airlines Vacations normal cancellation and refund policies, which vary by destination. Once you have selected your destination and itinerary, you should review these policies by reading the Terms and Conditions before purchasing your travel arrangements.

For prices that include airfare: taxes, fees and restrictions apply. Fares are for round-trip off-peak Economy Class travel and are in U.S. dollars. Fares do not include (i) a Federal excise tax of $3.70 per U.S. domestic flight segment, defined as one takeoff and landing of a passenger's itinerary, (ii) up to $18 per round trip in local airport charges, and (iii) September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 per enplanement originating at a U.S. airport. For international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands travel, government-imposed charges of up to $180 may apply, depending on itinerary. For vacation packages that include domestic flights (within and between the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) in Economy Class, a checked baggage charge of $25 each way for the first checked bag and $35 each way for the second checked bag may apply. For vacation packages that include international flights in Economy Class for travel to or from the U.S. (including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and destinations in Mexico, Europe and India, a checked baggage charge up to $50 may apply for the second checked bag.
